Shirley Mae Bucksbee, 73, of Hallstead, PA went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 7, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Born January 15, 1938 in Binghamton, NY, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Genevieve [Houghton] Roe. She was a former member of the First Baptist Church of Hallstead. The Lord & her family always came first before her favorite hobbies such as crossword puzzles, quilting & sewing. She loved animals, especially her cats. Survivors include her best friend & loving husband of 37 years, Ken Bucksbee of Hallstead, PA, daughters & sons-in-law, Mary Ingraham & Scott Loper of Flagler Beach, FL, Marcy Squier-Allen & H.T. Allen of Great Bend, PA, Martha Teed of Apalachin, NY, sons & daughters-in-law, Howard & Mari Singer of Whitney Point, NY, Brian Bailey of Maine, NY, Bill & Penny Singer of Endwell, NY, Kenny Bucksbee III of Hallstead, PA, numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren , son-in-law, David Teed of Brackney, PA, sister, Dorothy Kittle of Binghamton, NY, brothers & sisters-in-law, Larry & Elsie Roe of Seattle, WA, Edward & June Roe of Kirkwood, NY, James & Bonnie Roe of Plano, TX, Jerry Roe of Scranton, PA, numerous nieces & nephews.
