Biography

Mary Ann was born a little less than 2 months after her father James died. She died in Bell Co., Texas but her family had been living in Hopkins Co. Texas.
In Oct of 1868 the infant Mary Ann was moved with her mother and siblings (as well as her Houghton Grandparents) from Sulphur Bluff, Hopkins Co. Texas by 40 wagon caravan to California.
