Warwick, Bart; she died 23 February 1719; he married, 2ndly, 14 April, 1721, Elizabeth, widow of Lord James Russell, younger son of William, Duke of Bedford; she died September, 1736; and, 3rdly, Susanna, eldest daughter of Thomas Butterworth, of Manchester, Esq., who died 16 October, 1772, but he had no issue. He was M. P. for Neston, 9 Queen Anne, I George I, 8 George I; M.P. for Eastlow, in Cornwalt, and was afterwards twice elected for Preston. For his signal services in opposing the rebellion at Preston, in the year 1715, h was chosen in Parliament one of the Commissioners for the forfeited estates, and after that commission determined, his Majesty appointed him by patent Advocate General or Judge Martial of his Land Forces. In 1743 he resigned his seat in Parliament, after having represented the borough of Preston nearly 30 years; from that time he resided at Walton Hall, and continued to serve his country as a magistrate almost to the last period of his life, which ended 23 February, 176, aged 89 years."

JWH: "Sir Henry, fifth Baronet, was born in 1680, and died February 23, 1768...Sir Henry had no issue by either of these three wives. He was a member of Parliament in 1711, 1714, and 1722.
